Sounds like a good day at the office.

Missed most of it. Watched the cycling nearby "live", and then caught some ladies beach volleyball...
Caught or seeked out?

Loving the team selection and hope that we'll see more of this 4-3-3 with pacey wingers and an attacking playmaker in central midfielder more this season.

I was hoping to catch some ladies beach volleyball but not yet. Given the puritanical, conservative nature of American telly, they will probably pixilate everything out except their heads. :Get Coat gif:

Tomo

Any highlights of the goals? Heard they showed them on SSN but i've bloody missed them!

They meant Petric.

Fulham subs: Somogyi, Kelly, Etuhu, Frei, Pritchard, Burn, Trotta #ffc

No Dempsey, all too obvious he's off.

Duff must be off as well, then.

Actually, it was on MSNBC, but I'm sure you're telly selector bars you from watching it.

Yes, accounted for just 100 of the 307 caps we fielded at Kingsmead (551 at Wycombe, I believe, just to prove I've watched enough Olympics for one day).
He looked fit and committed - there's quite a bit of competition for his place, isn't there?

Looking at the Wycombe line-up as published on the Club website, it occured to me that only Kacaniklic and Mesca's positions are really up for grabs if we play that system. That's Dempsey (at present), Duff, Kaca, Frei, Rodellaga and, maybe, Mesca up for two spots. (Sidwell and/or Etuhu would make it tighter at the back, but that would be a different system.)

Just seen the goals.  Ruiz and Petric goals were pure class
We all see the game differently, FoF has taught me that.

Not so sure...

Jol named a near full-strength starting XI but he was without the services of injured trio Hugo Rodallega, Clint Dempsey and Simon Davies.

"Both Hugo and Clint are still a couple of weeks away from full fitness," explained Jol. "Hugo came in and did his medical and it was fine but he had an ankle injury. He trained for the first time on Friday.
