If you see the way that MAF forgave Hodgson, it could happen. However, I believe Dempsey will do quite well at Spurs ... and he may even get CL football.

At the Norwich game, I heard the people talking at half time in front of me about how they wanted Dempsey closure, I couldn't help put in my tuppence in that Dempsey was such a great player last season and he's great etc., then the older gentleman 76 yrs old, 50+ years FFC supporter said he's seen it all, players come and go but FFC remains, that you can't get too attached to a single player, bit of a lesson for me.

Dempsey won't return to Fulham while Jol is manager. They fell out before the "I'm off to Liverpool" debacle and recent days have only widened the gap.
