Been really impressive thus far.  We've had some cult germans in the past (Dirk Lehman and Volz) so here's hoping he will continue the trend.

Not forgetting "Karl Heinz Riedle"



But I think we need to sign Riether as quick as possible...

German international Riether has impressed during his short time at the Club, having arrived on a season-long loan from FC Cologne in the summer.

And the right-back hopes continued good performances may lead to a permanent switch when his current deal comes to an end. 

"I enjoy it very much here," he said. "I am only here for a year so we will see what happens. We've had a good start and hopefully we can continue it.

It would be nice if I could stay. English football is unbelievable. It's a great honour to play in the Barclays Premier League.
