Here's today's tip - Take regular exercise

Exercise is a huge part of any weight-loss programme and is, for many dieters, a major stumbling block.  This is mainly because people tend to see exercise as requiring huge effort and, consequently, approach it with extreme trepidation.

Exercise isn't something to be feared, it is essential towards well-being and proper & sustained weight loss.  You don't have to be able to run marathons, just take a bit more exercise than you are currently doing.  In most cases, a decent 20-30 minute walk will work wonders, increasing your metabolism and burning off more fat.  Frankly, anything that gets your heart working a bit harder and creates a bit of a sweat will be hugely beneficial. 

The adage of not running before you can walk is very appropriate here.  So, instead of sitting at your desk at lunchtime, why not go for a quick spin round the block?  You'll feel massively better for it in the long run.
