The league (and our position)

We've been awful the last couple of months but our league position has not really changed. We've not dropped into the bottom 3 and have remained in touching distance of the top 10.

I appreciate that this is less than satisfactory given the calibre of our players and the bright start to the season but we do look set to stay up if the form continues.

Today's result and performance was gash but look at QPR. Ten points behind us and 4-0 down to a championship side.

Villa and Norwich also lost but in context those results are not so shocking. Both teams and their managers will be under increased pressure though.
