As a refugee from the official FFC website (RIP) I would like to say that it's a pleasure
to see the moron count on here is almost non-existent, well, actually non-existent.

We have had the occasional meltdown, sometimes at the strangest of times, we just don't mention them very often.

We have also had a few wannabe wind-up merchants, but they do tend to get hunted down and ritually slaughtered, without benefit of anaesthetic.
Any fool can criticise, condemn and complain, and most fools do.

I could name you one for certain and two others who border on it but the Mods protect the intergrity of the board. (That should give me a free go against the bloke I'm thinking of. Right Jack?)
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

Count Berbatov

It might be age related. This one is for the grownups...

Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk 2
Berbatov has Cantona's knack of being the man amid a stampede towards the door who stops to notice a side exit that nobody else has seen.

Jonathan Northcroft on Berbatov:  "...like a man in silk pyjamas shooting pigeons from a deckchair"

In my opinion, there's only one moron on here and his name is Gordon.

Ah they don't make songs like they used to...

*Sigh*

Brilliant, havn't heard that for years.

Best song I've heard lately was on Saturday in Cornwall (see other thread)
"Oh I'm a one-eyed cormorant I'm looking for a shag,
I don't want an Eider duck or a drake that's dressed in drag
The bird I want's a cracker, a one eyed little dish
With a twinkle in her one good eye and breath that smells of fish"

No, just some bloke in a pub session but I know Pete Mc. Nab wrote it, along with another similar ornithological one that escapes me now.

Sigh. Look, it was just the single fatwa, okay? I revoked it. Eventually. It's not as if I have ever put you back on the list, is it?
Some people really carry a grudge, don't they?

Well funny thing happened at my house yesterday. I heard a bang when i was in the bathroom, came down stairs and Mr B said look on the patio we've  had a bird strike. There was the most bueatiful dead pheasent. I phoned work to see if anybody wanted it for the pot, but apparently they taste a bit stringy this time of year. Not what you expect to fly into your window in suburban Swindon, mind you i have seen one eating my mate Tony's grapes down the allotment by my house

This post is getting slightly surreal.

Make mine a Doombar, and I'll have some pork scratchings too please.

...on the very old offal of the late 90's and early noughties there was a poster who called himself Ron Mo, he used to come out with deliberately absurd comments that people would react to in varying degrees of indignation or sarcasm; surprisingly few read his name and made the link to their own moronic reaction. Happy days...

Whatever happened to the official club website message board? Admittedly I got bored of going on there due to all the childish stuff people were posting, which led me to here, but the other day I went to check it out and it had gone. What happened???
