Reports in Italy confirm Maarten Stekelenburg has agreed a deal to join Fulham. He almost joined them in January. Good talent at Fulham now.

Well one thing's for sure. We've learnt our lesson from the last window by being busy straight away.

Be nice to see us shape a squad in time for Pre- Season.

And by the way, do we know any fixtures confirmed for Pre Season as yet?

The source for the stek rumous is  Gazzetta dello Sport (not sure how reliable) and is a 4 year deal apparently.

Cant see the Stekelenberg story on Gazzetta, but probably being blind. If we could wrap up Stekelenberg, Boateng and Amorebieta this week, that would constitute a real statement of intent for the summer.

Arsenal apparently want around 6 million for Frimpong, ridiculous.

Good luck with that, Arsenal. I'm pretty sure it would be a tribunal deciding the transfer fee.

Confirmation of Boateng and Stek are all over the Twittersphere from all kinds of sources. Not guaranteed obviously but word is getting about.

Schalke keen to sign BVB defender Felipe Santana, according to sky sports for £1m. Woulden't mind us putting a bid in at that price.

That may become a small problem, however Fulham or CHL football, then a sane man would pick Fulham any day :)

They were both all over the Twittersphere in January too, if I recall correctly.  I'm more optimistic because more tends to get done in the summer in general, but I'll still believe it when it's official.

Santana for £1m would be an incredible deal. So quick and good in the air as well.

It's good to see that Fulham have learnt they're lessons on the transfer market, good to see boatengs a done deal hopefully amorbieta is a done deal as well. Bring stekelenburg in and it's starting to look like a very good team just need to bring more creative central midfielders and a proper number 9 and we are good for next season

Gazzetta is a very reliable source so i'm sure there is at least something going on.

It certainly would be quite refreshing to actually have a few players before pre season begins. Although if we don't act early there wont even be a squad come pre season due to all the players whose contracts are up.

Riether & Boateng is a good start to the window
Bringing in Amorebieta & Stekelenburg will be exciting, it's great that we are acting quickly as we are losing some good experienced players this year

I've been on the gazette website and see nothing, it is a reliable paper. Would welcome a link so I can see it
Every day is a Fulham day
