Why the four part season?

What I can't understand is that we've had a four-part season - good start, terrible pre-Christmas, great early 2013 and calamitous end-of-season. How come? Dressing room unrest? Disillusion with Jol? Why have the team blown hot and cold?

Probably end of season, safe, loanees and people at the end of their contracts. No long term future for these people so they can't be bothered.  Sorry maybe thats a tad harsh but I'm pee'd of by it all

We are one dimensional. Once we had any sort of injury Jol could not change a thing. Fast wingers are fine but once Dejagah went we were still playing with the slow forward. Today we put on Petric who did nothing. Jol never had a plan b even if it was flashing in his face.

One plan, one dimesional and a manager who was a stranger to adapting to what he had.
