Transfer news: Fulham striker Mladen Petric could be set for return to Switzerland

Mladen Petric: Fulham striker says he has had offers of a return to Switzerland

Mladen Petric could be set for a return to Switzerland this summer when his contract with Fulham expires.

The Croatia international signed a one-year deal with the Cottagers last summer and went on to make 24 appearances for Martin Jol's side, having netted twice on his debut.

Petric's career began in Switzerland having grown up there, and the 32-year old says that a move back could be on the cards.

"It is true; I have some offers from Swiss clubs. My main goal at this moment in time is to find a club where I will be able to play regularly," he revealed to Swiss newspaper Blick.

Petric spent five years in Switzerland with Grasshoppers and he has been linked with a move back to Zurich, but director of sport Dragan Rapic was unsure if they would be able to meet his demands.

"We didn't talk much about Mladen but we know he is free to leave Fulham so he is an interesting player.

"But I don't know if we are able to offer him a contract that would be good enough for him," he admitted.

Fulham, Tottenham and Liverpool target wants move to England

Transfer News: The agent of FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli's, Daniel Evrard, has claimed that the Belgium international could make a move to a Premier League club this summer as Tottenham and Liverpool monitor the situation.

Ajax and Fulham are also in the hunt for the 23-year-old's signature but it appears a move to a leading club in England is what the player wants, according to his agent.

"Of course Ajax is a beautiful club and Nacer has the chance to play in the Champions League but there are big clubs interested in the big leagues," Evrard told De Telegraaf.

"It seems difficult for Ajax to financially compete. Nacer wants to play in the Champions League, but is also attracted to English football. From this angle we expect something.

"But first he must concentrate on this very important match [against Serbia] with the Belgian team. Nacer is in a great position. Both sporting and in terms of contract.

"I expect clubs do not want to wait that long and there is certainly a decision [to be made] this month."

Transfer News: Anderlecht say talks ongoing over future of Dieumerci Mbokani

Dieumerci Mbokani: Linked with a number of Premier League clubs

Anderlecht have told Sky Sports that talks are ongoing with a number of clubs over Dieumerci Mbokani.

The 27-year-old looks set to depart the Brussels giants this summer, although Anderlecht will not let him leave for less than their valuation of €12million.

Fulham and West Brom have been linked in recent months, while reports claim that Hull City have seen an €8million bid rejected.

Dynamo Kiev, who have already held talks with the player, are now said to be heading the chase as they target Mbokani, who has previously confirmed his desire to move to England.

An Anderlecht spokesman confirmed to Sky Sports that talks are ongoing, but stated no bids had been received.

"There are no bids, but that is not to say talks are not happening - we understand a number of clubs want Mbokani, but that is only natural as he is a fantastic footballer," the spokesman revealed.

"But we will not let him go for less than what we think he is worth, however if there is agreement between the three parties, then he can move."
