Jol bought the majority of the team...Jol sent them out with instructions....Jol is the one who supposedly gets them fired up (or not).......basically, Jol has had 3 years....Benitez had 3 games

Jol has to take responsibility for our lack of defensive leadership and inability to defend set pieces. Hangeland used to be a rock but he was awful today, constantly out of position and slow on the turn. Our defence would never be this bad under Roy or a coach who understands defence.

I wouldn't defend Martin Jol Mr Brown as I think he is a dead man walking but you haven't wanted him to succeed all season. In fact I have never heard of people calling for a manager to be sacked as early in the season. You should remember that whatever any manager says 40 points is our aim for the season

It's not just 4 games this season, we have seen a steady decline for 2 years. Fortunately the fans seem to be able to see this where Jol and the club can't.

Without doubt it's jol's fault. If someone doesn't do as instructed you drop them, if Ruiz can't take a corner get someone else to. Managers are supposed to manage people & produce results, at work & in sport. If they don't do that they need to be replaced.
Cardiff came to our place today & outplayed us, creating almost 20 attempts in the process - more than twice what we did.
I've had enough of the excuses. Jol cant motivate the team, the tactics are awful, (embarrassing even away from home), his team selection is poor. The view that Ruiz must be in the team no matter what, (despite doing next to nothing for 2 years - agree it was a good goal today though), is ridiculous.

I've been saying that Ruiz isn't good enough since Day 1. Not physical enough for the Premier League and never will be

It's not hindsight. We've been watching this negative football for a year and a half now. There is no strategy, no tactics, no adjustment at half time and we play sideways and backwards at home. We played possibly the worst team in the league at OUR patch and let them run the game for almost all of the 90 minutes. I can't think of a single manager in this league who is as incapable of preparing the team and as incapable of making halftime adjustments as Martin Jol.

If you really haven't heard of people calling for a manager's head this early in the season, then you weren't Fulham when Sanchez was in charge, and you obviously don't watch any other sides anywhere else. Sunderland, Newcastle, Palace, Blackburn Rovers, the list goes on and on.

Nearly every time , and its not just Ruiz that takes corners

We are always prone to quick counter attacks when we can't clear the first man

Why Jol can't see this and work on it in training is beyond me( ok I don't watch the training but IF they do work on it, its surely not working)

Berbatov was on a yellow and moaning at our players, he should if been subbed if anyone but , oh no , Jol would hardly ever take him off
