He still has to go for me. If I were on the board I would be analyzing the performance and if anything we've got progressively worse since the Everton win. We played better against Cardiff. So yes we got a win but there's no indication we will improve. Two weeks now for a new man to come in and get his ideas across to his new team.

It was a miserable game, but what else could we expect from a squad devoid of confidence. Hopefully there's enough there for the team to build on, and we can move forward from here.

Credit to the subs of Boa and Bent; massive impact. Put those two in and drop duff (or ruiz) for Tarbs in the next game, please. Also, we NEED to work out how to line up a back 4 ASAP.

The talent is there, it just needs organising.
