I have booked tickets to the Swansea game, I havn't been to the Cottage this season so I can't wait to get there!!

I will be sitting in the Hammersmith End, hopefully enjoying a 3 point win for the boys and a 40 yard screamer from Ruiz haha!

Does anyone know any Fulham songs, new or old?

I love a bit of football banter in songs!

...a mixture on the link below. Over recent years, with the odd exceptional exception it has become the dirge-like "Come On Fulham" "Take Me Home - Al Fayed, to the place, I belong, Craven Cottage, by the river, - take me home, Al Fayed" (We should change this to "We are home...). Of course there is the "We Are The Whites" chant which I used to start off, and the relentless "de,de, de-de, de de de der-der (etc.,) culminating in a shout of 'Fulham', and of course "Oh When The Whites, Go Marching In", recently though we couldn't march into the local Tesco!

But nothing much these days, the old inventive funny chants seem a thing of the past and apart from a very hardy few, fewer even bother, and many are tourists.

Of course we used to have the drum, but the club finally banned it as people complained it was out of tune (they obviously hadn't heard me sing) or it was too loud (why sit near it then???). In any case, much of what you sing disappears down a great big void at the back of the stand.

PS: I have retired, maybe I should get a seat in the Riverside now, or hope that we remove Jol and we have something to sing about again..Hmmm! Meulensteen's Black & White Army has a ring about it though...

I thought you would have compared your loudness to the drum El Bee, rather than being out of tune  :dft011:

...Burt, I'm pretty sure I was louder than the drum...

And don't forget: "We're all going on a European tour....european tour....european tour" (sic)
