 Looks good to me. Another well respected import from Man Utd, merited promotion to assist in first team duties for Kit Symons, and a shipping out for Billy McKinlay, and Cornelius Jol (what was he supposed to be doing anyway??).

Hoping that everyone sees this as a 2 year job. It's a big ask to turn the current shambles around quickly so relegation is still possible (hopefully not probable); if it happens, keep stable and push on from the Championship next year. If we escape, consolidate next year. We've the players, and the set up now, to cope with Championship promotion and Premiership consolidation.

For the first time in months (I thought we were very lucky not to get relegation last year) I'm feeling confident about the future....but realise it's not going to happen overnight.
