I still think FIFA should do away with seedings. What is does is guarrenty that the top teams will get through, that they won't have to expend themselves in the group statge. In other words, the money nations. How great would it be to put 32 names in a hat and draw them out. I'd love to see an Italy v.  Brazil match where each had to win to get out of the group. Instead the big boys walk through the group, resting players and those with cards while a team like the US, Costa Rico or Austrilia have tro bust a gut just to get out of group. Now, if I though the US had a chance in getting out of its group, I'd be for seeding.   :005:

Roy has proven that he is very capable of doing great things with an average side in a big competition, it is a tricky group but not the hardest, Costa Rica are underestimated by everyone, whilst Uruguay are overated by everyone. Italy are always tough...

I think we can sneak through with 5 points.

My outside bet is Colombia... They should get through their group (although it is a hard group ) and will be a major force in the later rounds.

Australia have an in possible task with that draw... I think Holland will really struggle as well from that group

Not a bad draw for Iran, we definitely have a chance at second.

I'll be pulling for Iran in the tourney. There won't be a lot of Americans doing so, but every Fulham of any nationality will be supporting Dejagah for certain.
