I think he did, but he has another problem, hes email still cant recieve emails.. and its not only on PC but also laptop and cell phone, so that has to be a settings error on hes account and not something cause by the malware, I just cant figure out what it is....

Sounds like the provider may have changed the security.  Maybe he should try port 995 (pop) or 993 (IMAP) with SSL enabled.
