I can't help but think that Kerim Frei would be fantastic for this team. I know some people think he became one dimensional and predictable, he did contain a fantastic dribbling ability at pace, he could commit defenders to something they didn't even know they were committing to.

He was 19 when we sold him, and I know Martin Jol said that he wanted to play but that didn't mean you had to sell him, he doesn't even feature regularly for Besiktas, just the 4 substitute appearances all season.

I know it's fairly pointless to bring up, and it's something we can't change but it just got me thinking.
