I am not sure if anyone has posted this already but we did not get back from our great journey until Friday evening.
What would have happened if we had managed to hang on and take the game to a penalty shoot out.
Who would have taken the first five from the players on the pitch. My five would be
1 Gera,   2 Dempsey,  3 Greening, 4 Davies, 5 Nevland.
I think that Mark would have saved at least one of thei :sir_roy:rs.
We will never know. What a great experience going to an Euporean Cup Final supporting little old Fulham.
Lets hope next season we can go on to win one of the cups.

We in Australia know just how good Schwartzer is at stopping penalties. I think we might have done better in a penalty shoot-out than most people think. Ah well :012:

Considering the experience and quality of the two goalkeepers involved, I think it's fairly non-controversial to say that had the match gone to penalties, the odds on Fulham winning the cup would have narrowed significantly.
