A week ago I thought Taylor was all we'd get but now in don't believe well get him, although Swansea have recalled Bartley so well just have to wait and see

That's the thing - it's not just a question of spending the money - which Khan seems prepared to do -but getting the players to come here.

I'm not sayin they won't happen because signs have been positive around transfers, I'd love to see us sign these players!! However too many times I remember all the big players we're linked with in most windows only to sign a Julian Grey or Jari Litmanen type signing....

That could actually be too many new players in one team - though I certainly wouldn't complain if they all came in.

But even to get a couple of our targets would be great. But I'm not banking on anything.........

The important thing is, if it happens, that we give them all a chance to settle in and not expect an immediate change for the better. Give them time, even though we do not have a lot of it.

Although I know little about Kvist, that looks like a genuinely good team, and would probably keep us up.
