He was to have a late fitness test, but is more likely to be on the bench rather than starting

Surely he not match fit, so long since he played.
We might get 50 or 60 mins out of him..

Vergil had a phrase which I hope the Man Ures will come to rue:
'Timeo Danaos et dona ferentes'.  I fear the Greeks even whilst bearing gifts.  The speaker. a Trojan, was referring to the wooden horse the Greeks had left behind and you know the rest, having seen the film.

Nero

we have 2 greeks so beware if they come bearing grifts

Rhys Lightning 63

According to The Times, he's set to start on the bench
@MattRhys63 - be warned, there will be a lot of nonsense

Forgot about the other one!  It would be good to see them both play - Karagounis on to shore up the midfield after we take the lead...

his last game was around 12th jan he started that game and came on the game before that, but he will start on the bench is my guess
Every day is a Fulham day

St Eve

We should play him or we have play Bent or Hugo

Fulham76

If he's available he has to start. He may get us a goal to cling on to. He'll at least give United something different to think about.
Whether he does or doesn't play, our problem, as always will be giving him some service & if it's these ridiculous 60 yard long balls we seem to love playing these days, its unlikely he'll make any impact

hovewhite

60 yard balls more wimbledon than fulham.

JackyFulham90

Unfortunately I think we will see Bent starting tomorrow

westcliff white

If mitro isn't 100% it makes sense, if 80/90% then give him 20 or so off the bench.

Not any more. Have you seen our last few games? Pass around the back 4 going nowhere until eventually a long ball, which usually ends up back with the opposition so they can attack us again.
