Just a big good luck to the young players tonight. With the club at rather a low ebb it would be a real tonic to see them win that trophy. Was worried at times in the first leg last week but them we scored 3 goals! I wonder whether any of them will be cheered on by us back in the Premiership....

Fred Callaghan, Les Barrett, Roy Dwight, Tony Macedo, Dave Metchick, Bobby Moss, George Cohen, Derek Lampe, Duncan Jupp, Sean Davis, John Lacey, John Dowie, Johnny Key, Dean Coney, Paul Parker, Tosh Chamberlain, Rodney Marsh, Malcolm MacDonald, Steve Earle, Bobby Robson, Bedford Jezzard....oh and one Johnny Haynes, cos there will only ever be one of him.  There are a lot more, no doubt I have forgotten many!

Hullo sgt Fernhurst. Went on a stadium tour on Saturday. First time in 61 years of following. What a proud feeling to stand in the home dressing room and take in the silence....
