he went on loan, but he only had 6 months left on contract, same as Berbatov so they were effectively released. Hes not getting a look in at QPR , not saying it would be the right move to give him a contract.

He didn;t go on loan, QPR bought out the rest of his contract, so wouldv'e been sold for a small fee.

its only the playoffs but today was his first trophy and winners medal I believe. His first runners up medal was the Europa League

The fee was probably QPR agreeing to cancel Taarabts loan spell, a gentlemans agreement if you will? Im only saying as it was announced simultaneously
