its because he was signed after the January window had closed they treated it as a summer transfer. But you never know if he doesn't get any other offers!!!!

You haven't missed anything. I wouldn't sign Diarra back anyway, unless we sign a younger player first. I would take him as a squad player, but never a starter.

I reported this a couple of weeks ago. It was concluded it was either a mistake or they are including signings after the January transfer window shut.

Would take him as a squad player, we invested so much in getting him fit again that it would be waste to let him go. He also looked pretty good for someone who had been out so long when he featured last season.
