that's bugging the life out of me at this World Cup........having had the majority of my supporting years watching MEN play the game ( Tommy Smith, Norman Hunter etc)

besides.......

• the jump and scream and get up quick when the ref signals for the strecherbearers
  

shaking of the hand appealing for a yellow or worse.

• the ball !!! (although Brazil seemed quite comfortable with it)
