I once had a dentist named Dr. Payne. We were both in the AF and he was officially Major Payne.

I was also stationed with two captains who we could never convince to meet in a wrestling match as a fund raiser. One was named Greco and the other was named Roman.

I know a Dr. Payne.  He's an orthopedic surgeon.  Luckily I have not had the pleasure of finding out if his name is true to life.

At a company I used to work for, the Director of Corporate IT was Art Data. Seriously, that was his name, though his must have been an artist of some kind because there was not a lot he appeared to know about data.
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.

Wasn't Eric Hunt a gynaecologist?

No, but he should have been.

Before I knew him, he used to work at the K Shoes factory in Kendal so that makes him a cobbler, which is close.

At the same place of employment, I remember getting b*llocked for timekeeping by his boss, Len Early.

Its not a profession although the couple I know on my street are very good at living up to their name, very annoying strange people. Anyway their name is mr and mrs Pratt.
