We're already picking teams for him and levelling our expectations at him. If he reads this forum, he will read immence support and an amazingly quick intejection of advice as to his squad and team. He has a plan, he said so.... let him execute his plan, use the players he feels have the heart and application to deliver his tactics and let him manage his team.
