I am more disturbed that so many people are watching Two And A Half Men!!!!!
Australian Rules Football, Rugby, Triathlons etc...football is not the national sport is it?
The boys played well and were screwed over other than the Germany match.
I can see why they are not watching.
Our ratings will go down here too after the USA exit. No different than here....reruns will beat the WC here soon.

Good Day Jim
We don't really have a national sport other than drinking and cricket!
Australian Rules is now played in all States but is the minor code in New South Wales and Queensland where Rugby League dominates.
Rugby League has one team in Victoria but failed to make any impact in West Australia, Tasmania or South Australia.
Rugby Union is played in NSW, Qld and WA.
The ratings I have shown are for Tuesday night so Aussie Rules and Rugby League telecasts won't show up until the weekend.

No Neighbours??

Sorry Dean - Neighbours is still shown at 6.30pm every night up against two highly rating current affairs programs but most Australians are over it now. But whilst the Brits keep buying it Channel Ten will keep making it but the average Aussie viewer gives it a big swerve these days.
I think when Harold turned up after they buried him saying he had simply got lost and suffering from amnesia, it went downhill from there.

In Australia things are not always what they seem Mr A. The TV program Hey Hey it's Saturday comes out on Wednesdays. The Australian Woman's Weekly is a Monthly. Woman's Day is a Weekly and New Idea is a very old idea.
Incidentally, my guilty watching pleasure is Judge Judy - sorry! :019:
