The crazy thing is - now we know he's got the job - as well as strengthening the squad he has an enormous amount of deadwood to clear out.  We must hope that all these players Felix signed who we have hardly seen are not on long contracts.

Well, at least we've done the right thing for the club, for the now.

I guess whether Kit has a one or two season deal is not critical as a full review of the situation at the end of this season will happen anyway and we all know that a further 12 month buy-out would not be a hindrance, should things have gone badly and a change become necessary. More experienced alternatives are likely to be available then, in needs be and the panel could easily reconvene.

Still think Kit could do with an experienced head alongside and hopefully he has someone in mind, that he won't see as a threat and possible successor.

Let's hope this academic and that we go on from strength to strength. I believe we have the basis of a strong squad and hope that funds are available to strengthen further. This will be the real test of our ambition.
