Forgot to say I think Betts is doing fantastically well but we need back up as all we seem to have available is the dreaded Kiraly!  What has happened to Joronen?

Bad knee injury first match on loan. Out for several months.

As a former goalkeeper myself, Betts has got a long way to go yet. He's having a good season, but there are area's of his game that still need improving before he gets a shot at the Premiership, let alone England. His catching and coming off his line are still a bit 'suspect', but this come with experience and development. Hopefully he keeps his feet on the ground and plays for Fulham in the Premiership!!

He's a good young keeper, but nobody will want to come for him now while we're still developing him. I figure that he'll be with us for 4 or 5 more seasons. If we're in the Prem then, we might just keep him.

Whether he's got lots to learn or will be an England no1. Fact is we wouldn't be where we are today without him. If the season ended today he would be my "Player of the season."
