The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

WAYNE BROWN JOINS ROVERS ON LOAN
Posted on: Mon 01 Feb 2010

Bristol Rovers have today taken Fulham midfielder on a one month loan deal with a view to extending it for a longer term.

The 21 year old made his debut for Fulham in the Third Round FA Cup replay, against Rovers, in January 2008.

He made his Premier League debut, as a second half substitute, against Manchester United in February last year.

To date those are the only first team appearances he has made for Roy Hodgson's side, but in a three month loan spell with Brentford in 2007/08, he scored once in 11 league appearances.

He has also spent time on loan with Finnish side Turun Palloseura.

A graduate of the Fulham Academy, Wayne has top scored for Fulham's reserves in the last three seasons and is described as a committed ball winner who likes to get forward at every opportunity.

Chairman NIck Higgs said: "Wayne is an exciting young player who was reccommended to us, and we are looking forward to seeing him play in the blue and white quarters.

"We hope that he will be able to enhance our squad, and if things go well, we will look to extend the initial deal."

He goes straight into Paul Trollope's squad for tomorrow night's game against Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road.

Could be playing against Briggsy then.
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.
