"What in the hell is diversity?"
"Well, I could be wrong, but I believe diversity is an old, old wooden ship that was used during the Civil War era."

YES ........ This happens when you have used up the space in the initial "box" for replies........ which can happen quite often if you transpose one of Lighthouse's more "insightful" texts.... :dft012:

Come on techies.... what's occurring??????

Must admit I have not had this problem yet (touch wood) but it sounds indeed like the work of the devil...

That's a little bit of a harsh description of Lighthouse, isn't it?
Any fool can criticise, condemn and complain, and most fools do.

The problem is Internet Explorer/windows related.
I have a couple of windows based systems that I use for testing websites (I make websites for a living) as well as my preferred system (Mac OSX).
One of my windows systems displays a similar effect, the other doesn't, the only difference, that I know of, is that one is a laptop and the other is a desktop. There appears to be no rhyme or reason why this happens.

Using a different browser, Firefox, Opera, Safari etc. would help you can download them here...

I'd add Google Chrome to that list. Even an old geezer like yours truly actually have managed to use it and I quite like it. http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/landing_chrome.html?hl=en&brand=CHMB&utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-sk&utm_medium=ha

Quite so Mr. Finn.

Google Chrome is shown as the fastest browser for downloads in just about all speed tests.

For comparison, I have a 25/15 speed line (supposed to be 25/25 but I believe my provider as much as I believe Roys committal statement to the Cottage). With Chrome I get 25/11, IE 23/5, Fox 24/6. Just goes to show that not all browsers are the same, though I will admit I do prefer Fox at the moment over the other two.
Safari and Opera are OK as well (Opera is best for mobiles).

I was thinking the same. Still hurts though. I'll be ok. Might call The Samaritans. Except when they know it's me they put me on hold.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope
