Don't care about Fazlic but, given our problems at full-back, it surely would have been sensible to keep Zverotic until the summer? The Williams' loan is very concerning. He will get regular football but our squad is threadbare. Furthermore, we are desperately short of width. Very strange.

I wouldn't hold your breath about potential arrivals. We were quite willing to let Ruiz leave without an imminent replacement. We seem to be cutting costs.

And in the short run , if the 3 needed to be freed up to pay Ruiz's salary I would say that is a good deal .
