Presumably we rest Scott (a loss, of course, but no way can he play 3 games in six days).  And we leave Hugo out given how well Cauley did.

So apart from Scott unchanged. Fofano in with Tunny dropping a little back.

Swap tunnicliffe or lvc depending on the latter's injury and put in hoogland. I agree parker needs to be saved for Bournemouth.  If Derby is what we get from Scotty if he only plays once a week then boy what a player he can be.

Other than hoogland the team I posted in another thread was the same so good post

Supporting Fulham isn't about winning, it's about belonging

Roberty

Christiansen went off injured - no way he will be playing - look what happened last time he made a "rapid" recovery

I would suspect that if Hoogland a Kavanagh came through in good shape - then they will play instead of Parker and Christiansen

It will add some defensive steel to the midfield, cover for the full backs and leave Bryan, McCormack and Tunnicliffe to wander at will
It could be better but it's real life and not a fantasy

westcliff white

we should not change anyone uless forced to do so.

LCV is out so Kav should come in like he did Saturday
If Parker cant play then Hoog should come in, with Parker on the bench to replace Hoog if and when he needs to come off.

that should be all that is done.

Ah yes, forgot LVC got injured. But it wasn't a recurrence of the old one (different leg), and he did walk off rather than get carried off. Any word as to how serious?

Losing both LVC and Scott at once is a bit much!

Totally agree.

i thought i read he is unlikely to play against Watford and is doubtful for Bournemouth. Its a hamstring injury but in the other leg to that he had before

Fernhurst

This is quite a worry for LVC. Watching him live it appears he has not regained his explosive pace from before his first hamstring injury.
Now, after suffering another after never having problems with his hamstrings will make him fearful of over stretching.
Let's all hope he can overcome these issues and they do escalate into career threatening.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

I read somewhere that Kit said much the same himself.

Main question is the midfield. I would keep the midfield as similar as Saturdays but with Fofana for Scott (Kav for LVC). Then I'll leave it to Kit who plays where. I'd still have Hoogs on the bench as cover for either Tunni or Fof.

I would start hoog for Scotty if needs be and bring Scott on for last 15 when Hoog tires. Kav for LVC for sure, for me Fofana is no better than what we have with our own youngsters especially with his decision making

I'll be disappointed if Fofana doesn't play - I like to hear Jim say "forward for Fofana for Fulham".

I am unsure about Tunnicliffe or Fofana.  Wish we had a better option.
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

reckon that will be the team too.

I like Tunnicliffe.  Box to box midfielder who puts in a shift. Yes he makes mistakes but he's only going to get better imo, and much better to play him than giving experience to Fofana.
Ruiz in the pocket behind Cauley and McCormack where he is most effective.
