Can't remember who it was, could have been Danny Mills, but they said that he was an awful manager for them, plays players out of position or drops them if they don't agree with him. Loved him playing for England but not a manager for me. I Am out....

I remember Pearce being interviewed and he said he was sorting out his formation for the next day in bed and his wife next to him had to tell him he had 12 players on the pitch....
