The Club is delighted to announce that Marek Rodák has signed a contract extension, tying him to Fulham until the summer of 2018.

The 18-year-old graduated from the Academy and has been on the First Team bench four times this season.

"I'm really happy to get it done," he told fulhamfc.com. "Now I've just got to keep working and hopefully I'll get my chance in the First Team.

"Being involved with the matchday squad is good experience at my age, especially as a goalkeeper. Now I'm just waiting for my chance and hopefully I'll get it as soon as possible to show what I can do."

Good to see, he and Magnus have contested strongly for a starting spot at both U21 and U18 level over the past year. I really like Marek, I can't recall a better shot stopper at academy level at Fulham at least. Potential number one I think...
