Kit has the boys back in for training, the first championship side todo so. Been in since Monday, double sessions of intense running, ball work and pumping iron in the gym. They are being flogged until tomorrow then a week off before going back for the pre season trip to Portugal.

Happy that they are in for Training, it will do them good, also an interesting way to check on fitness levels before a further week off.

There were a lot of issues with players not able to keep going for 90 minutes last season, and even Stockdale said it took a long part of the season to get Felix's regime out of his system, this way may just help get a better level of fitness

If it helps, then it's good for us. Cannot see why starting this campaign a little early by 'extra' training is a bad thing at all, as long as the poor darlings don't start flagging early as well though.
