I just had a look at Bristol City's forum and a lot of them are wondering where this 6 million is coming from. It's basically their whole budget. Also, they seem to be getting some money back from a sell-on clause in Bolasie's contract.

I've read that they'll waver the sell-on clause for Bolasie as part of the deal for Gayle...

I think sometimes there needs to be intent - ok the back four needs a bit of work but Gayle will score goals for fun. I'm more surprised I think that Palace are selling him and keeping Frazier Campbell!

FFP isn't an issue either as mentioned above. Something is telling me this is Khan biding his time and my giving big money to Kit.
