I think hyndman was a starter for us then broke his collar bone. He was then out for a long time and hasn't been given a chance since. He won't get a look in this side for a while unless he excels in training (and I mean better than Ohara, cairney, Parker, pringle, and tunni. I think questioning him General, is very unfair. I also think that this is his level right now. Unfortunately we all called for youth whilst in the PL. We then called for it in the championship. It doesn't work when the manager is under the pressure they are under. I think the main problem is once a player enters the first team squad they feel any less is a step down. To blame the player or the club is often easy but not fair. Hyndman needs to play u21 for us or move. He is not close to our best cm. The poster who said any deal at his age should be accepted is spot on. If your good guarantee a wages then get a transfer. He should do this.
