Dennis' Debut Delight

Dennis Adeniran marked his England Under-17s debut with a goal as they cruised to an 8-0 victory over San Marino in the First Round of qualifying for the European Championship.

The Whites man was named in central midfield for the encounter in Portugal as his side built up a five-goal lead in the first half courtesy of strikes from Niall Ennis, Jonathan Leko, Reiss Nelson, Jaden Brown and Samuel Shashoua.

Tottenham Hotspur's Shashoua got his second after the restart, before delivering a free-kick to Adeniran who found the net for 7-0. Substitute Adam Lewis then added another for the Young Lions, who face Armenia in their next qualifier on Thursday.
