Let's get a manager in, who is in total control of players signings ,then at least it is all his responsibility, Rigg is so full of his own self importance that he thinks he  is good enough to pick the players for others to use.

I'm understanding that Rigg likes to have input in the team selection.....when Smith came on last week I understand that it was Rigg that made the call
