At least we have appointed someone who knows about The Championship and has done the job before.

He`s gets nothing but praise from Wednesday fans, so lets give the bloke a chance and get behind him and the team,.
He starts with a clean slate with me and i hope all Fulham fans,  if he can start with a win im sure it will help. COYW  049:gif

he's just a coach though is he not, so what exactly are we giving him a chance for. If things aren't going well after two games, then we need to be putting the pressure on the club to sign our new manager/head coach providing they haven't already. By All means get behind him, but to what extent are we giving him a chance?

:plus one: Agreed but it looks like he will be in charge at least for the game on Saturday, so i hope everyone does give him a chance without the negativity .

FB, why don't we just see how it goes, yes he is a coach, but he has the experience, i would rather take the positive view instead of a negative, but of course things may not change for the better.

you may miss understand  me here. Gray is just a caretaker. I've never heard of anyone calling for fans to be patient with a caretaker ever. It doesn't happen because they are simply a stop gap till the next man comes in. So as such why would you give him a chance? Like I said by all means get behind him for every game he is in charge, but if results don't come quick, then the club needs to be put under pressure to get things sorted (I would say quick here but it's anything but)

I just can't see how or why fans giving their own honest opinions on a messageboard affects the club in any way.

The interesting - and I hope actual - outcome would if Stuart Gray were able to lead / organise the team to a good run of results to get us back in contention.
Could we end up with another kit Symons scenario - an excellent initial set of results putting pressure for the board to make him a permanent appointment?

would the club have the balls to promote from within again though. And would the fans let them even if he won them all, I'm not so sure it's possible. Think we need a big ish name too, to try and stop a mass exodus of the handful of decent players that we still have

If the "caretaker" does the job then likely he'll keep the job if he wants it.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.
