The new Head Coach

Cant see us back in the P.L in a long while clubs is going backwards rather than forwards and think who the unlucky s** is he will be out again at the end of the season with rigg in control of managing the  team and the new head coach being told who he has to coach.

Our squad in the Premier League was old and getting older, not to mention very highly financially rewarded.  Now we have a young squad that will improve.  We need a decent coach who can mould a team.  I have no idea what our best 11 is.  How to get Cairney into the team without being week in MF, however to defend as a team, how to defend in MF, many things that the new coach needs to work on.  We lack Defensive Midfield and Wide right, other than that we have good quality throughout with good backup but must be much better as a team.

His only task should be to make us work (defend and attack) as a team again. Some possession football and a bit of purpose when we have the ball would be welcome as well.
