Yes well done to Grey for getting the win on such a special day for remembering Jimmy.
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

fulhamben

Yes chuffed for him. Onwards and upwards

Well done Stuart - we've played well under your tenure but haven't had the breaks, but tonight we got the fruits of our good play.

Hope you play a part in our continuing progress.

nose

agreed and in such style too.

HatterDon

considering his Wednesday background, he could help us significantly in the next two matches as well.

He is senior coach. I'd like to think he can help us for at least the rest of the season

Agreed.

Changes have been made and noticed.

We stop teams taking quick free kicks.
We pressure more when we don't have the ball.
We have men on the posts at corners.
The defence looks more organised.

SG has not been around long and in a difficult and busy period of Xmas games but so far I like everything.
An improvement.

Keep up the good work and congrats on a good win.

Siblings, let us not be down on it.
One total catastrophe like this...is just the beginning !

The results haven't gone his way until tonight but the signs are good and he's definitely been an upgrade.

I think he has done well . Good team selection as well since he came in . Not afraid to drop Richards, lvc ,Parker, ohara ,etc for the sake of the team . Hyndman wasnt even in the squad under Kit or Grant ,and Ross has worked alot harder off the ball under his stewardship.

Stuart a big plus for the club,in his short time he has bought some solidity to the team and slowly we are getting defensive shape, hes been unlucky results wise, but well done S.G

Kaca is no longer a youngster but a pro who should be at his peak.

I know what you mean and you are certainly right with regard to Kit.
However Kit's illustrious predecessor could not be accused of ignoring youth.
At Derby, for instance, he started Woodrow, Roberts, Ryan Williams, Staf (20), Burgess, Kav and Joronen. Betts, Hyndman and Dembele didn't get off the bench, but all featured within the next couple of games. We all know how that worked out. All a question of timing, I guess.

Is he related to Stuart Gray? If so he also has done a good job

And that was indiscriminate. At least two, possibly three, of that number have shown pretty conclusively in my eyes that they are not ready for football at this level. So playing "youth" is not a good idea if those selected simply aren't up to it. It places pressure on the whole of the rest of the team. However, if you're good enough, you're old enough.
