Some great, great names up there and goes to show the talent needed to be a huge talent in this league
The Intertoto might not exist anymore, but that doesn't matter. We'll still win it again.

Can't say I've heard of the other two. Dembele has to be a shoe in surely

Lewis Cook scored the stunner to equalise against us at Elland Road. He's had a good season to be fair to him, very talented.

Lewis Cook scored that goal from 30 odd yards out against us. Was in the England U17 team with Patrick Roberts that won the 2014 U17 European Championship and now has two full seasons under his belt at Leeds. Bournemouth heavily linked with him in January, he's one that could be a Premier League player sooner rather than later.

As for Rico Henry, he's an England U19 international now and is one that has been linked with moves up the footballing ladder. Predominantly a left back, he's eye catching by all accounts.

The right decision is Moussa Dembele really, only four players have contributed more goals in the division as he has and that's as we speak.

The way he's scored and been involved with goals is pretty much the first from a teenager since the Championship was rebranded in 2004-05. Cameron Jerome scored 18 as a 19 year old a decade ago, and Nugent was 20 when he won scoring 10.

There is a pretty clear British flavour to the past winners...

Dembele has been above average most of this season, and has still got 16 goals. Imagine if he had been decent all season.

Never mind young player - surely Ross has to a serious candiidate for Championship player of the year.

Moussa has done well - no doubt about it and deserves his nomination - but without Ross I am afraid he would have not reached double figures this year.

Hopefully this well persuade some of the larger EPL clubs to take notice and try to tempt him their way as I understand it FFC get nothing if he moves abroad (France looks a strong possibility) but could get some money via a tribunal if he moves to another English club.

Steve Evans on Lewis Cook's nomination.....Are there any other nominees?" said Evans speaking to LUTV. "There shouldn't be, should there? There is only one.
