Charity Auction

Hi All,

I haven't been on this site for a while, so apologies in advance for my first post back being about an Auction.

Sadly, in January of this year Christine, my wife of 21 years passed away at the young age of 51. We were both season ticket holder for many year at Fulham (until she started getting sick), with her favourite players being Rufus Brevett and Robbie Herrera.

Anyway, during her final few days she was really well looked after by Watford Peace Hospice, so I passed a few of her items to them to Auction off for their charity which included a Rufus Brevett match worn shirt (I think it was against Middlesborough) and her badge collection of around 50 badges.

Anyway, hopefully the auction will serve to both help the hospice help others like my wife, whilst also allowing the items she so loved to go to someone who would appreciate them as much as she did.

Heart-breaking.
I hope you're coping as well as one can with such a loss and wish you and the Hospice all the best with the auction.

Thanks for all the messages and the bids everyone.

The 2 items made just over £150 for the charity, to go with the money already donated to the charity at the funeral.
