Not sure I get the rebrand, or whether it's just changing for change sake but the above is an insight to what's going to be on the shoulders and back of the guys kits this coming season. Premier league gets a rebrand too but we will worry about that in 12 months time.

For the first time ever it's EFL not The Football League. I don't like that at all.

It's just wrong. We founded it so it's "The". Other countries came along and had to distinguish; now it's like we're being subsumed. What next - the English Royal Mail? The EFA? The EPL?

it is a world wide game and not everyone outside of England would know that, I don't get what the big deal is, it is just the English Football League as opposed to the German or the Italian.

I wonder what they think in Swansea, Cardiff, Newport and Wrexham

They could have stayed in the Welsh League, it was their choice to play in the English league.

Yes but it was called The Football league then.

I don't think the Open Championship will be changing their title any time soon.

Well it should put an end to the talk of Celtic and Glasgow Rangers joining, I can't see any of their fans wanting to be associated with anything English.

Well, they do have the choice I guess, return back to Div1-level football and be the big fish in a paddling pool, or play in the better leagues.
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.
