OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD 16-YEAR-OLD WANTED BY TOTTENHAM THIS MONTH WILL BE WORTH £30M IN TWO YEARS – SOURCES

Teenage Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon will be worth £30million in two years, sources have told Football Insider.

The brilliant Fulham 16-year-old is being closely watched by all the elite Premier League clubs on the back of the sensational start to his career.

Sessegnon is not able to sign a professional contract until he turns 17, which is next May, and the big guns are falling over themselves to snap him up at a relatively bargain price and save a fortune in the future.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that Tottenham are keen on signing the teenager this month, but there is also strong interest in him from Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City to name a number of leading Premier League outfits.

Fulham have no intention of cashing in on Sessegnon, who they rate just as highly as two academy products who have left Craven Cottage in the last two summers, Celtic's Moussa Dembele and Manchester City's Patrick Roberts.

"Fulham know they have an outrageously good talent on their hands," the source told Football Insider. "They want to make sure he signs a professional contract, which will give them some breathing space.

"Sessegnon is such an outstanding talent he will be worth £30million in two years."

Football Insider revealed last February that Arsenal had made an offer for the England Under-19 international, who has been dubbed 'the next Gareth Bale' by sources at Craven Cottage.

He is an attacking left-back who is a prolific goal creator and scorer, much like Bale was when he was coming through the ranks at Southampton.

Sessegnon, who does not turn 17 for another four months, has made 12 appearances for Fulham this season, spread across 958 minutes of action.

In August, the London-born ace became the youngest scorer in Championship history and he has continued to develop, scoring goals in each of his last two Fulham appearances.

NEWCASTLE'S MIDFIELDER CHASE SUFFERS BLOW WITH POTENTIAL £10M PRICE TAG

According to Get West London Sport, Fulham would command a transfer fee of up to £10m for midfielder Tom Cairney.

Newcastle United are thought to have enquired about the 25-year-old's availability in west London as they desperately search for more creativity in their midfield.

Jonjo Shelvey's absence has been a notable one over the past few games as the Toon Army surrendered top spot in the Championship to Brighton and Hove Albion.

Since joining the Cottagers from Blackburn Rovers for around £3.5m, the former Scotland U21 ace has established himself as one of the club's best players and it's said, even within the Chronicle, his current charges would want a mammoth fee.

Cairney still has two years to run on his deal with the club, giving Fulham all the power in the reported transfer battle, though funds are indeed available to manager Rafa Benitez.

GWS claim the Magpies' chances of landing him are next to nothing, such is the degree of his importance to the club's playoffs aspirations.

THESE 2 FULHAM PLAYERS SIMPLY MUST BE LOANED OUT THIS MONTH

Fulham are having a good season under Slavisa Jokanovic and are looking a much better side than last year with a more sound defence whilst their attack is one of the most potent in the league.

They did some excellent business in the summer, bringing in the likes of Scott Malone, who has been excellent, plus Stefan Johansen, Sone Aluko, Michael Madl and Chris Martin on loan.

Loan stars such as Lucas Piazon and Tomas Kalas have also been outstanding so far and Fulham are well and truly in contention for a play-off spot.

They have adapted to life without Moussa Dembele and Ross McCormack and look a good footballing side.

The Cottagers are currently sitting in 10th spot and have scored a huge 41 goals, which is more than league leaders Brighton.

They need some more balance in their side and can fix it in the transfer window.

Fulham got rid of a lot of deadwood in the summer but still have a few players who rarely play and these 2 should be loaned out in the January window.

SEAN KAVANAGH

The Irish defender has rarely featured for the Cottagers this season and needs a loan move to get some experience.

The Republic of Ireland under-21 international has been at Fulham since 2011 and featured regularly in the 2014/15 season.

His move to Mansfield on loan last year helped him get some more experience and he needs more of that this season.

MARCUS BETTINELLI

The former England under-21 international has really struggled at Fulham over the last 2 seasons after being a regular in the 2014/15 season.

He was clearly not ready for the Championship and is now back up to David Button.

The 24-year-old is badly needing some first team experience or his time at Craven Cottage could be coming to an end.

Fulham mulling move for Kayode
by DAN on JANUARY 9, 2017

Fulham are considering making a January move for the Austria Vienna striker Larry Kayode, according to reports from Austria this afternoon.

The Championship club are eager to strengthen their striking options during the transfer window given that the impasse with Derby County surrounding on-loan striker Chris Martin shows no signs of being resolved. Slavisa Jokanovic has made the recruitment of additional forwards one of his major priorities for this month and has tasked the club's scouts with drawing up a list of possible signings from right across Europe.

The Fulham head coach will be familiar with Kayode's attributes, which include blistering pace and assured finishing, from the striker's successful loan spell with Maccabi Netanya in 2013, where he scored 10 goals in 25 league appearances, that paved the way for a permanent move to Israel. Kayode followed that with 13 goals in 31 league appearances before moving to Austria Vienna on a four-year deal in August 2015.

Kayode, who is under contract with the Violets until 2019, has caught the eye of European scouts with a series of outstanding displays for the Austrian club in the Europa League this season. He scored eye-catching goals against Roma and has netted fourteen times in 32 appearances so far this term. The 23 year-old is heavily tipped to break into the Nigerian national squad during 2017 and Fulham would face stiff competition from Espanyol and a number of Turkish sides should they be willing to meet Vienna's asking price.
