Nigel Clough is to stay at Burton as manager. This news will give all Burton players a boost before our game against them on Wednesday.
I was expecting a win for us but now this game will be more difficult.

Good for him and for Burton.  Yes, it will give them a lift, and that'll make the game all the more exciting for us.  Could be close.

Mince n Tatties

Good on him,his heart wanted him to go to his club Forest, but the guy at Burton gave him a lifeline again and Clough said he owed him a debt.
Gone up in my esteem, wouldn't mind him at the Cottage one day.
Who would go to Forest anyway with that idiots in charge, club is a mess.

SG

As you say Forest is a mess at present - he would have been mad to go there

Apprentice to the Maestro

Happy to add my 'Good for him'.

Agree the mess behind the scenes at Forest will have made the decision easier.

See, not all clubs are better run than ours!

Sorry but the way he set out to play us at the Cottage was disgraceful and I for one would not want that hothead at the Cottage full stop

If Jok ever left, I would not mind taking Cloughie.
