And Smith possibly going to qphaha....... All of a sudden we now need 2 strikers....we're leaving this a little tight as our budget appears to favour a loan rather than permanent.... Should be an interesting 24 hours

I have next to no confidence in the board & particularly whoever deals with our transfers but, if we don't buy at least one striker tomorrow that will finally confirm they have zero clue how to run a football club.

We needed a striker in the summer but now we've offloaded every one of our forward options we're now absolutely desperate.

I can seriously see SJ walking away before the week is out with the support/ambition he's been given, it's a joke.

But how do you know it wasn't Slavisa that wanted them out?

he might well of done, but he has also said many times that he wants strikers and that he doesn't do transfers.  So it's not his fault the cupboards are bare
CHRIS MARTIN IS SO BAD,  WE NOW PRAISE HIM FOR MAKING A RUN.

Surely 3 out must mean at least 1 in........ultimately it's the management that decide on recruitment (with the help of Mr Kline)......SJ appears to be a very small cog in this mechanism

He will go in summer we aren't a railway stayion.
But go he surely will
We sold our squad after being relegated and now we are allowing the support players to go.
I have said for ages alimac is the issue.. well years not ages... and he is at it again
The owner rewards incompetence... the manager still not allowed to choose his own players unless the headboy allows it and the headboy gets paid win lose or draw so he really doesn't care one way or the other

In any other business alimac would have been toast three years ago mr khan is negligent in his duties

His hands appear tied and I fear that although the squad have performed beyond most peoples expectations this season, I have to start singing that song "the only way is down" which I think was originally released as "the only way is up".

You're not wrong..... Ali Mac does seem to be the one constant......transfer embargo, signing injured Mitro, no manager for 9 weeks, signing Magaff, relegation, not getting rid of Jol....this is me just browsing our recent history

I think the numbers are a bit wrong here. We never really lost 3 players - hardly 1. Smith started the very first games when Martin was not here, but has played very rarely since then. He has his limits and doesn't suit our style of play and is clear Joka didn't trust him enough. Woodrow never managed to win Joka and, if I am not mistaken,  he has not been on the team since the league cup game against Bristol City. Humphrys may have done well for the U-23, but looked out of his depth when he played with the senior team - I think Joka wanted to have a look while Martin went on a strike.

If Martin does stay until the summer, we only need one more striker as a backup (that's Karamanos probably) - I doubt we will go back to 4-4-2 this year. If something happens and Martin returns to Derby tomorrow, then we need a second striker to replace him.

No. It's definitely losing 3.... As if we get an injury, then we do not have 3 players in the background as back up strikers..... And let's face it our loan striker appears to be snide...

At the moment it looks a recipe for disaster. But will it all turn round by this time tomorrow, common sense says it should, but the signs are not good at the moment.
This is a club run by the Three Amigos, Khan, Khans son, and Khans sons best mate. I feel sorry for Jok, because so far there is very little evidence that he has had the backing he deserves. Unless I have misjudged the current regime, this club is not run by football people who have the best interest of Fulham and football at heart. Jok is the exception, they don't deserve him. We have had to put up with the Khan regime for almost four years.
Unless we haven't read the script, and there is a Jackpot waiting for us round the corner, in other words we will be served a very pleasant surprise or three in the next 22 hours, then Jok as well as the supporters will feel betrayed and shafted by a regime who have no ambition or hunger or desire to take us back to the promised land.
On the other hand..........let's wait to see what unfolds, but at the moment the squad is far too light, surely the club would not have left us in this position unless they have secured the replacements to cope with our challenge to hit the top six. Your guess is as good as mine.
But if nothing or next to nothing is forth coming, then this forum will go into melt down and the sun will catch on fire.
