V huddersfield I had two tickets in my possesion, and suddenly needed three
i spoke to them tuesday and they said return my two and they would send me three together.
this morning i got the three together, what amazing service, well done.

AND they lady i spoke to whos name I missed, was charming!!!

Seriously though it is good to hear of good service and well done for reporting it.

if she told me it was in one ear and out the other....  actuakky every time I have taked to the ticket office in recent times they have always been very good!
