Any possible suspensions with Yellow Cards?

Prompted by Fredericks recent play where he could've arguably been red carded against villa and then again getting subbed off against Huddersfield, I'm wondering if he's close to reaching a certain number of yellows that would rule him ineligible for certain games?

Does the yellow card rule refresh when the normal season finishes and the playoffs start?

Do we have any other players on the cusp of potentially getting too many yellows and missing a match?

I believe during the season the yellow card aspect gets refreshed back to 0 midway through the season?

My understanding is that if you reach a certain amount of Cautions, you are suspended for one match.

At this stage of the season, I believe, 15 yellows are required to trigger a suspension.
McDonald is on 12.
